• Kirkuk sub-District (Sanjak):

There were five small districts (kazak): Erbil, Kirkuk, Kiosanjaq, Rania, and Rawandoz 

• Mosul sub-District (Sanjak): 

There were seven small discticts (kaza): Amadia, Aqra, Duhok, Mosul, Sinjar, Telafar, and  Zakho

• Sulaymaniyah sub-District (Sanjak):

There were five small discricts (kazak): Bazian, Kalanbar, Ma'amora, Shahervazar, and Sulaymaniyah
